Overview
Taman Industri Paka (“TIP”) is an integrated industrial, commercial and residential development project which is strategically located within a 5km radius to the TNB Sultan Ismail Power Station, Kerteh Port, PETRONAS Petroleum Industry Complex and the Kerteh Biopolymer Park in Terengganu Darul Iman. TIP is also located approximately 15km or 20 minutes drive from Kerteh Airport.
The main objective of TIP is to support the growing demand for industrial lots, factories, workshops and shop offices from the Small and Medium Enterprises (“SME”) in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Biotechnology industries within Paka and Kerteh areas.
